Dr Kelvin Tam is an orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in shoulder and knee problems. 谭国伟医生是一位专注肩及膝部问题的骨科专科医生。
He believes in accurate diagnosis, patient education and aggressive non-operative treatment. He performs both minimally-invasive arthroscopic and conventional open techniques whenever clinically appropriate. 谭医生深信准确诊断，病人教育及积极的非手术治疗的重要性；如有需要，他也会以微创关节镜或传统开放式技术进行手术。

He was formerly a vice president of Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association (2015-2016), chapter vice president of the Foot and Ankle Chapter (2015-2016) and Honorary Secretary of the Hong Kong Foot and Ankle Society (2014-2018).
